GIANT BILATERAL ANGIOMYOLIPAS ASSOCIATED WITH TUBEROUS SCLEROSIS: CASE REPORT

A case report of 37 year-old patient who underwent partial nephrectomy due to subcapsular haemorrhage of 18 cm renal angiomyolipoma.Tuberous sclerosis associated with multiple renal angiomyolipomas was diagnosed based on clinical examination, radiological findings and previous treatment. Partial nephrectomy is an effective treatment method of giant angiomyolipoma with excellent early and late outcome.
